UTI versus STD: You could have a urinary tract infection or a urethritis caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia.  Kidney stone is also possible, but less likely if you only have pain at the end of your stream.  Go to your doctor and have them check your urine for bacteria and stds.

Penis tingles: If you have associated urinary frequency, especially in small amounts, I recommend a urinalysis, microscopic examination and a urine culture and colony count to check for infection as well as diabetes. Include checking for sexually transmitted diseases also. If all is negative and there are no penile lesions, tingling may be mild nerve ending irritability. See a urologist as needed.

There : There is not a home remedy for a possible infection.  This needs to be medically evaluated to determine the cause, before appropriate treatment options can be offered. If you value the health of your private parts, i would get this checked out.  You might feel better about yourself in the long run, if you are honest with your parents. They can help you to obtain appropriate care. If you do have a sexually transmitted disease and you elect to avoid having it evaluated, you put yourself at risk for possible complications down the line.
