See a doctor: You seem to have some medical training. Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are common, but bleeding is certainly not, and trouble swallowing is not either. You should call your doctor for this issue, and soon.

Pregnancy: anxiety: The responsibilities of pregnancy, giving birth, and indeed raising a child are sufficiently serious to cause anxiety to surface during "dream sleep" , which is not generally a rational period of time.  This is certainly not unusual, and not related to a "wide awake" analysis of your current situation.

Amenorrhea: In a fertile woman, delay in period could be pregnancy and should be checked. Thyroid gland dysfunction can lead to irregularities in period as well.

Normal: Skin changes in pregnancy are super common.  For some women it's increased dryness, for others it may be increased acne and oiliness.  You can consider moisturizes for area. Or Hydrocortisone cream if the area is itchy.

Prenatal care Doctor: Do you have a Ob/Gyn doctor engaged in your prenatal care? He/she can be helpful to take care of all medical issues that may come up during your pregnancy.
For the neck spasms she can prescribe medication to relive pain. For the time being, you can use warm/wet towel wrap which may help. Also take 2 tylenols and see if this will help you. Further medication may be needed but do it though your PCP
