Just try changing : Your position in tems of the way you lie down.   If it persists to a degree that affects your sleep, then it would be appropriate to get an evaluation by your doctor. There are several reasons why this could occur but the potential solutions are really dependent on the cause and its resultant mpact on you.

this sensation is tingling, needles, pain, numbness.If your right knee is painful-it is probable that the weight of your left leg is
putting pressure on the right knee.If the pain is in your left knee-
knee is stretched at an angle over your right knee and straining it, 
causing pain.Exercise to strengthen your knees.No crossing much.

HIves?: The rash sounds typical for hives (transient or migratory red/slightly raised often itchy).  When hives are associated with underlying muscle pain or neurological symptoms such as numbness/tingling, then one must think of immune complex disease, which affects blood vessels and can sometimes be localized. This should be examined by your doctor, dermatol, or allergist.  Bringing photos will help.

Discuss with your MD: All of these symptoms may be local musculo-skeletal problems but you need to talk to your doctor.  Cramps could be an electrolyte disorder.  One sided swelling could be venous insufficiency but it could be phlebitis.  The leg falling asleep is most likely a compression of a nerve while you are asleep.  However, you have a number of leg questions  that requires someone seeing you personally.

Discuss with MD: You need to be evaluated the falling asleep for your leg is not normal by itself.  If it is because you have pressure on a nerve it can cause a host of sensations including pain while it is "waking up" this is called a neuropraxia. 

You may have early neuropathy or possible myopathy.
