See your doc: This could be a uti. However, it could also be pelvic inflammatory disease, which is a serious infection of your uterus and fallopian tubes. You should go see your doc right away.

other day i couldn't pee for about 24hrs and i finally pushed hard enough i peed. but there was some blood that one time so i'm wondering if uti from a full bladder or did i possibly damage something because now my clit area is sore but no burning

Evaluation: See and Obgyn for a pelvic exam and testing for infections. A urinalysis can be done to evaluate for a urinary tract infection. The pelvic exam can evaluate the area of soreness .

Could be: You are describing enough symptoms. Pain in the clitoral area is unusual. Be checked and have a urinalysis done with a culture. You likely need an antibiotic. All the best.

Possibly: If blood is on your genitals it can get irritated. I would suggest getting your urine checked if there is concern for a urinary tract infection. Good luck

Uti can recur also.

2 different problems: Sounds like 2 different problems. 

If you have a non infectious bladder inflammation, this can make you feel like you are not emptying well. Once you are 'done', try standing uo, sit back down, and without straining, see if you can empty a little more.  Really push water until your urine is clear as water.   
Clitoris being tingly can be multiple causes mostly natural.

doc said i had herpes. never had bumps tho. but clitoris was swollen & uti.took flagyl and it cleared up except now it's just red & a bit itchy.

Herpes: A viral culture at the time the rash breaks out ( especially if there are blisters) will confirm the diagnosis. Flagyl won't treat herpes but perhaps the herpes healed by itself during the time you were on the flagyl. After a few weeks (about 8 for your immune system to develop a response) you could get a blood test to see if you have antibodies against herpes. If you don't then you didn't have it.
