Swollen gland: Likely what you are describing is something called lymphadenopathy, which is swelling and inflammation of lymph nodes.  This can lead to pain and can be aggravated by movement, depending on the location of the swollen lymph node.  Generally speaking, most lymphadenopathy is caused by infectious processes. This could be viral or bacterial.  If it is bacterial, the antibiotics can help.Try advil (ibuprofen) too.

Possible pelvic inf: If it hurts when you cough move or bounce you could have a pelic or lower abdominal infection, this is serious enough to go see your family Doctor or Gyn and get treated, a young women could develop a tubal problem even if symptoms go away on there own so don't worry but do the right thing and see your Doctor, please!

Muscle strain: 19 yo male w. two days of groin pain likely has acute muscle strain of graecelis or sartorius muscle.  Heat, rest, and topical cannabis lotion can help to resolve. A doctor is needed to rule out occult hernia. If there is pain at rest, progressively increasing pain, or fever then urgent evaluation is necessitated.
