Need a gastric check: What you describe is certainly abnormal. If you believe that you really can smell feces through your skin etc, then you need to see a gastroenterologist asap. This type of doctor can check to see what is wrong and work to alleviate it. Good luck.

Spinal problem: There is a sphincter which controls the release of anything down there. When a stool or gas is released, there is a sensation. Your lack of sensation and lack of control is concerning. Any incontinence? Have an examination to make sure.

First, play detective and note what foods and drinks you have been having, as dietary changes may be the best treatment for you in the avoidance of trigger foods. Feeling gassy...: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Coupla suggestions: Avoid beans, cabbage, gum, any food that seems to cause gas.  Take any preparation containing simethicone.  You can also try activated charcoal (capsules).  Lie on your stomach (on a heating pad) to relax stomach muscles and encourage the gas to escape!

Yes if.....: If your baby has always measured on this percentile, then remaining there with subsequent measurements is an indication of steady healthy growth.  If your baby rapidly increased to the 95th after being on much lower percentiles, there may be cause for concern, especially if you have gestational diabetes.
