Something wrong: If you can not clench your fist it means there is some problem with your hand, it could be an inflammation and something causing swelling of fingers or the hand.It may be post traumatic or some kind of inflammation.Check with your doctor.

See your doctor: It sounds like you have some sort of nerve impingement syndrome happening in your hand. This is when nerves get bound up and irritated by scars or inflamed muscles, tendons or ligaments. See your doctor for an exam and evaluation. This type of nerve irritation can become permanent if it is not treated early in the course of the condition.

my last pred was aug30th. i went for my fist scan on 7th oct.bt frm the scan does nt show that im pregnent.bt frm blood it was positive. why is that?

It may be too early: Or you may have a tubal pregnancy.  Your doctor can d quantitative HCG blood test to see if the preg is progressing.  You may also repeat the scan in a couple of weeks.

Need more info: Symptoms are vague. Problem could be neurological or muscular. I would strongly advise you to make an appt with your family physician to examine you.

Probably Bruised: It is probably bruised and use ice locally but if start hurting you neeed to see your doctor to make sure there is no fracture etc.
