Flushing /abd pain: Is it is new symptoms or longstanding? May be food allergy, response to MSG ( monsodium glutamate), reflux, gallbladder or rarely carcinoid. Would also get the vaginal itching pain checked out may be yeast or trichamonas  and may exacerbate the issue in part. .

Seek MD if worse: many things can cause - sun exposure, alcohol, anxiety, thyroid disorder, but concerning wud be allergies or infection - latter eso if fever/chills -  seek ER/urgent care if wheezing, fever, pain, nause/vomit, neurological changes, etc

There is other condition such as contact dermatitis or seborreic dermatitis that can put your face red with out  affecting other part in body.

Silent Panic Attack?: Nope, i've never heard that term.  Here are the diagnostic criteria for panic attack.  Sweating, trembling, heart palpitations, fear of dying or going crazy, feeling of choking, chills or hot flashes, shortness of breath, nausea or abdominal distress, derealization or depersonalization.  If a person has 4 or more of those symptoms in a very short period of time, silent or not, it's a panic attack.
