i drank a little bit of an alcoholic drink and it accidentally went down the wrong pipe. i felt as if i wasn't able to cough it back up and i think its still down there. will i be fine?

: You'll be fine. The alcohol and other fluids will be absorbed and detoxified quite quickly.

i know i'm young and everything.. but when i drink allot, usually 50-70% alcohols, my joints are very painful. usually my knees, why?

Young Joints: I would bet that given you are still in the middle of growing that your joints are very sensitive. You may be out growing your body's ability to keep up with the bones getting longer and all the tissues the joints need for health.  Drinking is very dehydrating and a depressant.  Drinking regular or heavily is not good health for a number of reasons but especially when you are growing.

i'm 27, overweight, non-smoker. why does the right side of my chest ache after or while drinking alchol, and my whole stomach burn drinking wine? ulcers were ruled out.

The acidity: and the irritation of the soda/carbonation. The aftertaste is a personal thing. Not everybody finds it a prolbem. Caffeine in it has a bitter taste. Several of the other components (orange extract) also is bitter to most people.

?Reflux Dx: "burning" after eating (and at times even drinking) could be heart burn or gerd (gastroesophogeal reflux disease).  These conditions are related to stomach acid causing an irritation in your stomach, or refluxing into you esophogus, which can be felt as back pain in some people.  See your primary dr. Or a GI dr. To get evaluated and treated as necesssary.  Good luck.

Good question: At least its caffeine free-
It contains Carbonated water, sugar, citric acid, malic acid, acidity regulator (sodium gluconate), natural lemon-lime flavourings, sweetener (steviol glycosides). Caffeine free.  I think I would go for seltzer without all the additives if you are concerned about heartburn. By the way- does it make your heartburn worse?

Sometimes the cause is unknown and the diagnosis is called burning tongue syndrome or idiopathic glossopyrosis. You will need to be assessed by a dentist and possibly referred to other specialists to get an accurate diagnosis.

Hyperacidity: Quite possibly you have hyperacidity. Check with a gastroenterologist who can measure the acidity of your stomach and provide proper medication.
