Shoulder pain: This is likely a strain type injury. Recommend rest, ice, compression, and an over the counter anti- inflammatory (ibuprofen or naproxen). If symptoms continue after this treatment for 2-3 weeks, seek consultation with orthopedic surgeon

Olecranon Bursitis: This could represent olecranon bursitis.  Try anti-inflammatories, resting the elbow and go and see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.  Sometimes antibiotics are needed as well and sometimes it is necessary to drain the bursa with a needle.

Probably lateral: Epicondylitis.  Pain on outside of elbow with gripping an grabbing. Pain radiating up arm and into forearm. Treat it with ice massage, wrist brace to keep the muscles in your forearm rested and nsaids if needed. If not getting better a cortisone injection should help.

Tendonitis: Weight lifting often causes strain injury, and repeated heavy weights can give you a stress-induced tendonitis. 
good mechanics for lifting (get guidance ), plus gradual increases in weights are essential to prevent. 
After injury, do not reinjure! Rest and ice, and avoid strain until better

Tennis elbow.: Tennis elbow is common especially in tennis players.  It causes exquisite pain near the tip of the elbow that gets worse when the wrist is held in a cocked up position against resistance.

It depends: If the pain is medial and goes into your ring and little finger, it's probably cubital tunnel syndrome, which is a pinched nerve on the inside of the elbow. If its the outside of the elbow, it may be tennis elbow syndrome. Both should be treated with rest and anti-inflammatory medication, but if it keeps hurting see a doctor.
