Maybe: if you have a shunt, a change in headache can be a sign of shunt malfunction.  A CT or MRI or other evaluation may be helpful.  I would recommend that you get evaluated promptly.  Excessive sleepiness, nausea or vomiting would be other signs that the shunt is not working properly.  Of course, testing may show no change!  People with shunts get headaches too...

: Would depend how tight you have it around neck, as sufficient pressure could affect carotid blood flow and result in loss of consciousness.  Since you managed to complete "really intense exercise", sounds like you survived quite nicely.

Upper motor neuron: A stroke often causes weakness after injuring fibers within what is called the corticospinal tract.  This runs through the brain stem.  After the weakness recovers, residual effects may be tightness (increased muscle tone) and increased reflexes.  These may persist years after a stroke.

Not usually: Migraines don't usually cause "white spots" on the brain. Hypodense lesions could be the result of multiple sclerosis among other illnesses. Please ask for a copy of your radiology report from the MRI and ask your doctor to explain the results so that you understand.
