Antibacterial soap: Smell os form bacteria which alter sweat. An antibacterial soap such as lever 2000 which os not irritating will decrease bacteria and reduce musty smell.

Bacteria: Use antibacterial soap to decrease bacteria in armpit which breaks down sweat and causes odor. Certin foods uch as asparagus, onions, garlic cn be secreted in sweat.

Underarm odor: This usually means that your skin has a bacteria present that is not being killed with normal cleansing. You could try washing each day for 3-4 days with a soap called hibiclens which is over the counter. Don't overdo it or you will dry out your skin or irritate it. If that does not work ask your doctor for a prescription for Clindamycin topical solution and apply it twice a day for a week.

Yes: Yes some people can however most people will have body odor from their armpits even after showering

Not necessarily.:  Enough with these postings. As stated previously as bacteria breaks down the sweat in your armpits - odor will develop.

Yes: The odor producing glands of the armpits are under the hormonal influence of the adrenal glands that sit atop the kidneys. Their output is not directly tied to puberty & can sometime be active this early. There can also be some increase in darkness of genital and armpit hair by the same process. Do what is realistic.Nipple enlargement should be your 1st obvious sign of puberty.

Nonspecific: There is no diagnostic significance of those observations which are quite nonspecific. Your physician can order a urinalysis and microscopic examination of the urinary sediment to check for abnormalities for peace of mind.

See surgeon: sounds like hidra adenitis suppurativa or chronic infection of the sweat galnds. this can be ongoing problem unless the skin containing the sweat glands is removed. get a consultation.

Deodorant and: soap can both cause itching.  Antipersperant even more likely do do so.  Do you eat things w/strong odors such as garlic and onions?  Do you take a greens powder mix?  All of the above can cause odor.  Gold Bond powder can be useful.  Please see doc to make sure it is nothing else.  Peace and good health.

i notice when i wear white i have brighyellow stains the same color as urine. my armpits smell horrible soap and deodorant doesn't work. what is this?

Hyperhidrosis: You have axillary hyperhidrosis.  If over the counter antiperspirants are not working, including Certain Dri, you should consider prescription based medication of higher % aluminum chloride.  Remember to apply at night when you are not sweating.  Another option is oral medication, but this can cause side effects.  The yellow color is a reaction of your sweats and the antiperspirant.
