i applied pure tea tree oil to my anus to get rid of pinworms. now it hurts really bad especially  when i'm trying to pass waste. do i have to worry?

Tea tree oil: Never hear of this treatment. What does the label say about where not to use it.

I would use vaseline to sooth  and see Dr. Likely still have pin worms.

Probably: There are better treatments for chapped skin in the area. Be careful what you put in there; it's mostly for exit, not entry.

my 4 year old so hasn't been to toilet to pass bowels for 3 days i noticed while drying him after shower his anus is larger?

See below: He is very likely constipated and may need a pediatric enema to help loosen up the hard stool in the rectal vault (possibly why his anus looks larger - due to holding the stool in).  Try it.  If no success or pain develops, see your doc.

Need examination: Incontinence to gas is not uncommon, just private so we do not mention it.  The feeling you describe could be due to MANY things and really requires an examination by a provider, especially if associated with rectal bleeding, fever or chills

: As they say "all things will pass" and this is what will most likely happen with you. But as I have never examined your or your anus I and others cannot really predict. Discuss with you team. It should have passed with first bowel movement after it got "lost".

Yes: At age 23, likely blood is from a hemorrhoid or fissure (tear at level of the anus), especially with constipation. Cancer much less likely, inflammatory bowel less likely. See your doc to get checked out.

May be constipated: I would increase your fluid intake and eat fruits, vegetable and other fiber rich foods with periodic toilet sittings. Change your positions and take walks. If not improving try an over the counter stool softener. If still no better i would see your doctor. It may be related to the effexor, (venlafaxine) the feeling like you have to pass gas (tenesmus) but i could not find any definitive information.

Perianal lesions: Id you are having recurrent lesions around the anus have yourself checked out, need to rule out anal fistula.

Can't pass stool: If you have a strong urge for a BM but can't pass stool, work from below. Insert a glycerin rectal suppository or use a fleet's enema. If the stool is still impacted you may need to be disimpacted rectally by a nurse or physician unless you can administer a high enema.
