Tenesmus: Definition of "tenesmus" = ineffectual and painful straining at stool.  If this sounds familiar, please stop and seek medical help or risk hemorrhoids, fissures, prolapse, etc. Rectal dysfunctional, and for that matter constipation in general, can reflect a variety of problems that should be systemically evaluated and treated.

Constipation: Sounds like you are describing hemorrhoids related to constipation. Try to avoid constipation by drinking plenty of fluids and eating fiber. Laxatives should be used as needed. If continues, talk to your doctor for help.

At your age: it is likely either a hemorrhoid of an perianal abscess,  It would nee to be examined as treatment for these two things is dramatically different and guessing wrong could make things worse.   have your doctor take a look.

Various modalies: Going to the doctor is the first recommendation.
In the case where this is impossible, there are several remedies to include enema (this may be the best) or a suppository. Oral remedies would include liquid magnesium citrate or milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). Would need to visit a pharmacy to see what is available in your area.
Constipation that is not resolved can become a surgical emergency.

Get an exam: This could be hemorrhoids but commonly this is due to an anal fissure which is a tear in the lining these are very common problems so dont be ashamed to tell your parents and get  an appointment with a doctor to be examined and treated.

Abdominal pain : So many things come to mind. That list can be more focused with an in person examination. I often think of constipation as a poor balance of water in the colon, but can be from mineral imbalances, thyroid disease (low thyroid) . It can also be a result of a lack of relaxation from the anal muscles, emotional stress (often triggered based on past events) . See a doctor and have a good discussion
