16 years old is ok: Members 16 or 17 years old may post their own HealthTap questions. Doctors like to see good spelliing and good grammar in the questions, so be thoughtful and ask away. When posting a question, look at the sample questions that have already been answered. Very often, your question has already been answered because somebody else posted the same question or a similar question.

i just had a video chat with a doctor and did not first have my pharmacy entered. so he told me to go back into my account and add it so i did that but my pharmacy is not receiving my perscription?

i have been to a hematologist and after my blood tests, he went on vacation. he had his office call me to setup an apt for when he gets back but its while out. i have uploaded my symptoms and my blood tests to my account. anything weird or abnormal?

had ultrasound on neck lump. dr was supposed to send me to an ent for a biopsy. but my account is blocked from referrals. what does that mean?

Account blocked: If you have a neck mass, it is potentially serious.  You should demand referral from your primary doctor without excuses.  If unsatisfied, call your health insurance representative.

hello, my mom has an odd looking mole. i have a photo in my account under imaging. it doesnt hurt, itch or bleed.she is in cuba with poor access to medical care. will see a dermatologist next month.can you please look at it? does it look malignant?

: Unfortunately, image loading is not allowed in this forum so we could not help much. You should not worry much because your mom will see a dermatologist next month and it won't be that late for a suspicious mole. Good luck to your mom.

Accept yourself who you are at this time.
Respect yourself for your personal interests, achievements in school; and  for expressing your opinions and feelings to your parents, siblings and friends.
See Physician for Diagnosis; Balanced Diet of about 2000Cal/day, gradually increase intake.
See Therapist for stress.

my kid (her account) is under 16 and has rectal bleeding for less than a year but a while. it's only when she goes to the bathroom. condition/cause?

Rectal bleeding: I would first consider softening the stools. Constipation and large, hard bowel movements can often be the cause of bleeding. There could also be other causes like hemmhoroids or fissures, among others. Appropriate use of fiber supplements to soften the stools can be helpful. If this doesn't work, i recommend consulting with your doctor.
