Sitz Bath, wiping: Several things will help, avoid bubble baths and scented soaps that can be irritating.  Encourage your daughter to wipe front to back after using bathroom.  Have her wear all cotton pantiesto  give better ventilation.  Also sitz bath with 1 cup of vinegar in lukewarm bath water up to  waist can provide relief.

Seet smelling urine: First rule out maple syrup urine disease and diabetes mellitus. There are even more rare congenital diseases also.

Possibilities: This can be a reaction to soap/retained foreign object (toilet tissue)/reaction to colored or scented toilet tissue/urinary tract infection, wearing synthetics as underwear/staying in a wet bathing suit too long/ etc.Without having an exam and a few tests if needed, it is hard to say what is going on.

Probably not: Before puberty, an internal yeast infection is unlikely. Irritants are usually the cause. Make sure no bubble baths or excessive soap use during bathing. Make sure underwear washed in sensitive skin products. Drinking excessive juice can cause the urine to have too much acid and irritate that area. Sometimes pinworms can move to that area so check for rectal itching. Apply vaseline to help itching

Yeast/bacteria: This likely started as a yeast infection (lots of yeast in poop) that triggered itching and skin germs added to the mix to cause the sores. Likely need to see someone to sort out how to handle both issues at her age.

?another infection?: Ulcers in this are can be caused by various infections. One common reason can be herpes infection which typically causes multiple ulcers and itching. if it does not heal within one week, get your gynecologist to examine you and culture this sore for herpes infection

: Most likely a yeast infection. Other possibilities include chemical irritation or allergy, e.g. if you have used a vaginal hygiene product; or on rare occasions reaction to residual detergent in your underwear. Best to see a doctor. Or maybe try one of the many OTC products for yeast (look for active ingredient ending in "azole". For sure get care if that doesn't clear it up. Good luck.
