Vibration, twitching: Both of those symptoms can suggest a nerve is irritated or not working.  These symptoms can also be a manifestation of anxiety.  Assess when this happens, positional, use dependent etc.  Then see a practitioner with good basics on neurological exam and functions.

Vibration: I had the same sensations  before cell phones era, perhaps triggered by the on call pager when i was an intern. The mechanism is not well understood but it is very common and appears to be a benign process. Myokymia, myotonic discharges or sensory memory processing may be explanation. If in doubt check with your physician to make sure there is no other problem that may suggest a medical condition.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try taking multivitamins, drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless and exercise. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Yes: It can cause all of those issues.  It will take about 4-6 weeks to heal.

Low muscle tone: This is probably the more concerning of the symptoms mentioned. If this is really happening you deserve to see a doctor who can perform a neuromuscular exam and rule out a systemic cause for low muscle tone.

don't forget your hamstrings - hamstring curls
also work on your calves- stairs climbing
I also like cycling to work on your quads and endurance at the same time

Leg muscle pain: Ibuprofen 3/day and tylenol (acetaminophen) every 4 hours will be helpful. Also warm moist compresses treatment will depend upon  what is the cause of the pain. If the condition persists more than a day or two a doctor visit would be appropriate.
