You had LBBB  long: this is a new virus and full detail are still unknown but usually as you had LBBB for long by itself it should not be any more by itself unless you have some other associated problems or complications. best will be get examined by your cardiologist

EKGs are...just OK.: Truth be told, the EKG isn't the most informative test in the world.  It's good as a screening test, but regardless of the results of such, if we think someone is truly at heart risk, we test further (stress test for example).  And even if the EKG suggests an abnormality, we often need to confirm with more testing (2D Echo, for example). So it's not the most accurate test out there.

Can occur: You see, MS can cause cognitive dysfunction and brain atrophy in at least 2/3's of all patients unless they are treated with potent medication such as Gilenya or Tysabri (natalizumab).

Yes: It depends on the nature of the abnormality, but abnormal ecgs can be caused by minor conditions.  But the converse can also true; severe cardiac disease can be associated with normal ecgs.

: There is not enough information for a correct response. You should discuss with the doctor who ordered the EKG. Otherwise, you need to give more info such as the reason for EKG, your medical history and the complete electronic EKG reading. If the only abnormal finding on EKG is low voltages on precordial leads, I doubt of any serious issue.

Probably not: In many cases, as ECG is interpreted as abnormal, but is not associated with any cardiac pathology, thus it is "normal for you".  I assume your doc has done additional cardiac testing before reassuring you.

Yes, by tracing only: It is an abnormal ekg by reading of the tracing but what is most important is the ekg in relation to a good history and clinical exam. Questions to ask: do you have a past history of heart disease, high BP, diabetes, smoking? Do you have chest pain/jaw pain/pain down L arm? Is your BP high on exam? Any of these findings along with the above ekg is a MAJOR concern. Please talk with your doctor!!

Multiple possibilite: Really need an old ECG to compare too or an echo of heart to see if there is any evidence of scarring or wall motion abnormality. Could be congenital or related to prior trauma. Any family risk factors? Also be aware that  drugs like cocaine can cause MI in people with no risk factors. See cardiologist if you want resolution of your concerns
