Cyst?: Cysts can be common on the labia.  Without an exam though, it really would be tough to tell you what is is for sure.

Melanoma ?: If it is really black and flat with irregular borders, watch out for cancer.  
If it's a very round ball, slightly purple or brown ,that's a blood blister from injury during sex etc. Which will go away after awhile
Anything not going away,especially go bigger ,must RUN to see doctor

See doctor: It is not possible to tell what is wrong here- you should see your doctor.  If the bump is painful, see your doctor now - if there is no pain then see your doctor as soon as is convenient.

Irritation,infection: Could be irritation from certain synthetic clothing ,or might be related to the lupus. 
If it persists and does not go away in 2weeks consult your doctor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. From what you described, it suggests folliculitis. If you shave your vulva, quit doing that keep the part clean and dry. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Normal: It's normal to have a lot of bumpy looking tissue in the vagina and labial area.  The bumps you describe could be your normal vaginal architecture, or it could also be an infection like hpv.  At your next gyn exam, ask your doctor. Typically on visual inspection it's easy to tell the difference.  I've definitely had women concerned about bumps that are normal architecture of the vagina.

Bump on labia: This is likely a Bartolin's cyst and you should seek advance from your OB.  Do not ignore this.

Cyst vs folliculitis: Warts do not cause pain. This is most likely follicular cysts of little concern unless they grow or increase in pain.
