4 hours minmum: First check to see if medication is long acting. If so, wait 6-8 hours if possible. Minimal time between different meds with same ingredient should be 4 hours. Do not exceed total of 3, 000mgs acetominophen per day.

?: Similasan is herbal used by homeopath, it contains senega which loosens mucus through irritation of mucus membranes, thus more mucus is produced , hence expectorated,  claritin (loratadine) though decreases secretions and not meant to be an expectorant  rather  at times it works as a cough suppressant, at any  rate if you have cold symptoms and are in doubt, rest,  fluids and either medicine would help,

However, as a general rule, most breastfeeding mothers may safely take guaifenesin-only products. Determine if your product contains aspartame, as this has been associated with headaches.

It also depends on the age of your infant. The younger the least medications you should take.
Also consider that many cough and cold liquids contain alcohol and new guidelines for otc  meds for kids have pulled them off the shelf for use in infants.
