Colonization: Many of us have staph, and some have mrsa, present in our nose, groin and skin without any invasion of tissue or infection. Colonization does not have any symptoms but the carrier can transmit infection to others. See this site for more information.

Not very: As long as you are on antibiotics and wash your hands after irrigations, those around you should be safe.  Stay away from newborns, extremely aged, and those with impaired immune systems (chronically ill or cancer patients) just to be safe.

Power of sleep: Your body 'wants' to be in good health-but with our busy lifestyles, often we don't do the right things. I would suggest to start with a good nights sleep -you may even be running a sleep deficit. Try for 10 hrs. Eat well too-this is no time to 'diet' -chicken soup is recommended. What are symptoms?: What are your symptoms specifically and how do you know that you do not have a sinus infection?  I can not recommend anything because you do not tell me what your symptoms are.  It is not easy for a physician to recommend therapy if you are simply saying "i feel like I have some sinus infection but i don't have a sinus infection.  Has an x-ray been taken?

No: Hallucinations are not a symptom of sinusitis... Unless, i suppose, it keeps you up for days with insomnia, or if you overdose on some crazy strong cough meds, decongestants, or something.....

Some: Usually cough medicine will help alleviate stuffy, runny nose, and aches depending on the medicine you use. They may also alleviate cough and post nasal drip.

Multiple: Otc cold medicines can alleviate almost every symptom:
-pain/pressure (acetaminophen, ibuprophen)
-congestion (phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine)
-drainage (antihistamines)

i would look directly for these ingredients to see what you are targeting.  If not improving, an prescription antibiotic would be needed for the infection.
