Not an emergency: Although what you describe does not sound like an emergency that needs ED visit it would be a good idea to go to see your regular doctor soon to figure out why you are nauseous every day.

Gas build up: If you know it's a gas build up, drinking warm water and applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and enables you to pass it. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals helps to prevent the gas build up.

Gastritis: This could be symptoms of gastritis. Other symptoms could be belching, sour fluid coming up. I recommend trying an antacid that you can find over the counter. If this does not help and it persists, see an M.D.

Gas is gas: Very unlikely to be quickening at 12 weeks. Most likely, "bubbling gas feelings" are just that - gas.  Gas pains can be mildly uncomfortable as you experienced, but they can also be quite painful.  Fortunately they usually don't last long.

NO: however, for peace of mind and further evaluation of  your heart skipping beats ( usually benign ), I suggest a physical exam, blood testing and an EKG.

Fodmapa:  bubbling is gas (air) taken in either from swallowing or from fermentation of sugars in the diet. The stomach and large intestine overlap in the vicinity you are referring to. Google  low FODMAP diet ( fermentable Oligo-Di-Monosaccharides and polyols). The most well known is lactose.  Colon bacteria ferment the sugars and create gas and fluid. gas distends the colon (sigmoid) and causes pain.
