Genital herpes?: Genital herpes is the most common cause of genital sores, perhaps with simultaneous oral herpes. Other STDs, e.g. syphilis. Some non-STD viral infections and certain kinds of dermatitis can do it, especially if also skin rash elsewhere. Yeast infection from the prior antibiotic, but pretty late for that. See doc ASAP -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and most effective treatment.

Possible STD: This is a difficult question with a variety of symptoms.  Symptoms can be of a strep infection also.  But gonococal conjunctivitis, pharyngitis can also give all these symptoms.  
Should have your throat and eyes cultured asap.  The attached picture is of std gonocacal conjunctivitis.

: Oral sex is a lot lower risk for STDs than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. But the highest risk is in exactly this situation. Oral gonorrhea is the most likely. Syphilis, oral herpes, and HIV are extremely low but not zero risk.

Yes: Oral blistering could be a symptom of a sexually transmitted disease. If you have diagnosed your blistering, it is time now to reflect on your sexual activity and behavior. How much, how recent, unprotected, different partners? All are important. Go get tested. If it is an std, you must tell all of your partners so behavior can be adjusted and stop the spread of std's.

STDs: No doctor would give you an all clear without testing.  Your question has been answered.  You are at risk for herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hpv.

Not much different!: Transmission of std's are supposed to be prevented by all means .Direct contact with tissues of the mouth be it open/closed sore , still  is dangerous.

Observation: The average incubation period after exposure for the first time is 4 days (range, 2 to 12 days). Reactivation of dormant lesions after prior exposure may be sooner. The vesicles break and leave painful ulcers that may take two to four weeks to heal. If persisted or worsened, see your PCP.

: Yes, you are at low risk for infection even one partner is HIV +. Fourth generation HIV test after 3 weeks of exposure is probably preferred than a RNA test after 10 days.

: when you have sex with such a person these precautions are good but are not fool proof for std
