: Headache lasting that long is worrisome and should be checked out. If you feel that your allergy symptoms are also acting up take a nonsedating antihistamine like claritin. If not improved go to a health clinic for evaluation.

Yes: unless you know you are allergic to it (azithromycin) or erythromycin or clarithromycin (Biaxin)

yes: Allergy medication will not treat fever or headache, give him Motrin for that.

Unfortunately u cant: But the good news, is if u really need aspirin, and that is a medical decision, you can get it thru a desensitization protocol up to the desired dose, pls refer to an allergist 4 evaluation.

Well, it isn't: Uncommon for a person who is allergic to Ibuprofen to be allergic to other nsaid's as well. Have you considered acetaminophen? You might wish to see an allergist to better assess your allergy status. Take care.

i have been taking cymbalta (duloxetine) & concerta for 4 days in the morning.  i took motrin and claritin for my allergies and feel slightly dizzy/weak?

Not likely meds...: Allergies often affect fluids in the middle ear & may explain "dizziness". I would not expect the combo of meds you mentioned, to be "causing" the problem: Concerta is a stimulant; cymbalta, (duloxetine) an anti-depressant. Drink plenty of fluids to mitigate against dehydration playing any role in your feeling weak and/or dizzy.
