Something else?: Mosquito bites are sometime painful, usually itchy but really rare to not heal or get infection.  Could you have gotten bitten by another critter - especially a spider which can cause a non-healing sore place.  You might need this to be looked at.

Not necessarily: Store aloe vera gel in refrigerator ; apply to affected area.  Rub basil leaf on bite. It repels mosquitoes ; has anti-inflammatory properties. You can mix 2 parts baking soda w 1 part water. Stir into paste ; place it over the mosquito bite. Can use calamine lotion.  If you have problems w generalized welts, swelling of tongue, lips, airway - you should get urgent medical care.

Quick fix: When our bodies sustain an injury, the immediate response is inflammation (red, hot, tender swelling). This is the body increasing the blood flow to the injury to bring healing factors to the area and also the veins expand to carry bad stuff away.  The key is to do things that reduce the parts of inflammation such as ice, compression, elevation and antiinflamamtory medications in the first 24hrs.

Bite...: Should be looked at after this amount of time. May need to biopsy the area.

Depends  on if pus: If the fluid in the blister is only something like serum, then it should clear out if few days to a weeks. If the fluid is pus, then it needs to be lanced and drained and might need antibiotics. The fluid in this case is associated with redness of skin and pain.

See a doctor: This is quite abnormal and needs a full detailed history, physical exam and probably some testing. Don't delay.  Go and see somebody soon.

Allergic: You may be allergic to the antibiotic ointment. You should see your dermatologist for treatment and evaluation.

Possible allergy: Try an extra Benadryl (diphenhydramine) before bed. Try dilute white vinegar dabbed on bites. Since you don't say what everything that doesn't work includes, but there are lots of weird online tips. Have you tried the heated up metal spoon? Jewel weed and aloe juice are good on a new one. I hope you find relief - I know how it can feel.

: I am not sure your finger problem is due to mosquito bites so you better see a dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Likely acne nodule: Given your age and location of the chin, it is most likely a nodular acne lesion. You can see a local dermatologist for a treatment to get rid of it, if it is still there in a week.
