Height: I am not sure what "height pills" are.  With puberty, you get a growth spurt but then your bone growth plates close, and after that you will not grow any more.  At age 16, you may have a little growth left, depending on where you are in puberty.  Growth hormone shots may help give you a little extra growth, but are very expensive.  You should see a specialist in this (endocrinologist).

Sorry...: There is no magic "grow taller after puberty has ended" pill.  If you are a 20 year old female I can almost assure you you are not getting taller.  Instead of trying to find a pill, work on being happy with who you are, stand up straight, and walk with confidence.  Even at 4-10 you can seem "larger then life" if you own how awesome you are :)

Unlikely to happen: Some kids continue to grow taller into their late teens or rarely early twenties but only when their bone maturity lags behind their age. If the growth centers of the long bones have fused, you cannot grow taller. A single x-ray of the wrist ; hand can yield a bone maturity.If delayed he'll grow more. Most have reached bony maturity at 17 and are done.No pills would make a difference.
