Not epididymitis (?): Epididymitis doesn't cause pain in both testicles (usually only one testicle, with marked swelling and tenderness). It also doesn't generally cause back or abdominal pain. These symptoms are more typical of chronic pelvic pain syndrome or nonbacterial prostatitis (there's an excellent Wikipedia article). Most prostatitis/CPPS doesn't respond to antibiotics. See 
GUM specialist, eg NHS GUM clinic.

May be normal: After ovulation each one of us is affected by the change in hormones after ovulation.  Constipation and /or diarrhea may be normal depending on the individual. It appears that you are affected with frequency and diarrhea.

Frequent UTI's: People with recurrent uti's need to be evaluated by a urologist (U) to see if they have an obstruction of their urinary outflow tract. A renal ultrasound will be done first. If that does not give the answer of why you have these frequent uti's, other tests will be ordered. Your U can give you the a diagnosis and a treatment plan to resolve your problem. Good luck.

Varies: Frequent urination comes about from bladder irritation such as bleeding or infection in the  urinary tract, from disease such as diabetes which causes excess urine to be secreted, from outflow problems such as benign prostatic hypertrophy, and from hormonal issues that can be caused by tumors in the body or some drugs.  See your family doctor if you have this problem.

No: But poor diet causes obesity and the irritable bladder. Get rid of all the sweet stuff.

Not enough info: UTI. Was it infection on a urinalysis or culture? This is not common in a 17 year old male. How frequent urination? How much fluids do you drink? Is there residual urine left in your bladder after voiding? How much? Are you taking any medications that can contribute to this? See a urologist.
