Hard to say!: I would think that many of my colleagues would agree that your are over doing it a bit.  The penis may revolt if you continue this as will the prostate, testicles and the urethra.  It would appear you have an obsession and perhaps a neurosis regarding masturbation.  I would recommend you to cut this activity back to 1-2 times a day by will power and see what happens.  Otherwise see your doctor.

i would also say the infection implications of doing that are always a risk with such activities.

: Leaking semen doesn't happen, but if you are discharging mucus or cloudy fluid, you likely have an STI like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonoccal urethritis. Or maybe it's just urine. Or your just over-worried, as in your other questions about prostate fluid, dusty rooms, and dog treats. Your germophobia and OCD are showing. You probably need professional counseling, if not already in such care.

Not usually: Oral reception of ejaculate is not in any way harmful except when your partner has a disease.  Like for any other sexual activity, knowing your partner is important.  Any acitvity carries some degree of risk, particularly if the partner is a disease carrier or sufferer.
