Montgomery's tubercl: Montgomery's tubercles are always present. They become more prominent in pregnancy. Prominence also occurs during the menstrual cycle and most frequently occurs 10-11 days post ovulation prior to a missed period.

Likely: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Are you pregnant?: If there is a possibility that you are pregnant, check a test. If you are not, or the test is negative. It is just some inflammation in the breasts. If you're drinking more caffeine than usual, you'll have more breast tenderness

Yes: All mature women have them.  Some show more easily than others. If i remember correctly, the arrector pili muscles make them show when you're cold.

YES: So called "Montgomery tubercles" are a part of NORMAL BREASTS...they may become more PROMINENT with pregnancy but they are normal with and without pregnancy!

Normal anatomy: Montgomery tubercles are normal on the areola.  They are sebaceous glands and though they typically become more pronounced during pregnancy they are present on most women's areolas to some extent.
