Do not use these: products with much sun exposure.  Hydroquinone especially is supposed to bleach or whiten your skin, but will darken with significant sun exposure.  Cover up when you are outdoors.  Mometasone is a steroid and will cause infections to worsen if you have infected acne vulgaris or other eruptions.  Tretinoin can also do the same as hydroquinone except more severe, along with burning and skin dryness

Tretinoin is helpful for acne, but the glucocorticoid mometasone can in the long run make your face severely inflamed, and atrophy your skin. To look good, accept who you are and hit the gym. Don't self-treat your skin.

Not really: The time is short that you are using the medicine. It will not cause any significant problem in this time period especially dangerous one. Note that dandrufff is a long term problem. You will more than one week of treatment. Ask your doctor how to treat it once it is under control for the long term.
