asked my gyn to excise mole on vagina that was evolving, asymm, uneven border, color + 1cm in dia 5 days ago still no scab yet, should it scab by now?

Check with OB/GYN: Was the wound sutured? Usually catgut type sutures are used and they dissolve by themselves in a few days. Check with ob/gyn.

Vascular lesions: are not "moles". You need to see a dermatologist to determine diagnosis and decide if you want to treat. If this is a benign vascular tumor, you can choose to treat or not.

Watch and wait: You may watch and wait. If the mole doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have what i believe to be a brown mole inside vagina on the inner lip of my vagina. i have had it for quite sometime. is this normal?

Can be very normal: Moles can occur anywhere. These small hyperpigmented spots are not uncommon in the genital area. They need investigation if they are: irregular shaped, growing, bleeding, or have change in color. Just keep on eye on it, if it is without change, it's most likely just a mole.

Bartholin's cyst: But it could be a variety of other lesions some of which will require excision for cure or diagnosis. Discuss with your gynecologist if this becomes worse or does not resolve in 7-10 days, .

Vaginal bump: It could be a wart, although these are usually multiple and flesh colored. It is possible (not probable) that this is a skin cancer. You need to have a physician look at it.
