No you can't. : If you have a boil or furuncle, you first need to have it treated by a doctor. Do not apply any body lotion or moisturizer on it, there is no safe way to do it but a risk to spread an skin infection. Be safe!

Empirically, try applying topical hydrocortisone 0.5-1 % cream 1-2 times after cleansing &amp; drying daily for 3-5 days and see. If not better, seek evaluation. Best wish..
