Be patient: In the future always use a mask and mix chemical in a well ventilated area to avoid inhalation of these cleaning chemicals. The inflammation you may have suffered from the chemicals may take days to resolve.  If not better soon, then see the Dr.

Yes : Yes bleaching trays are safe.  There is no adverse effects of bleaching as long as you dont overdo it.  The tooth enamel does weaken slightly while bleaching- thats why bleach supplied by the dentist contains Fluoride and you are supposed to brush your teeth with toothpaste before and after bleaching.

Not really: Could cause a little GI upset, but in general bleach is well tolerated.  Usually the taste will limit any significant ingestion.
