my boyfriend has had this bump almost like a tiny flap on his shaft for almost two years now. its almost impossible to see but i can feel it sometimes. would something contagious last this long without growing or multiplying? is it a skin tag?

Yes : Yes an adult could have sealants placed, but is it necessary? It might be a good idea for you if you are cavities prone and you really cannot clean those deep groves. However, if you have not had cavities in those grooves by age 32 there might be an easier way to keep you teeth free of decay like flouride treatments.

Aneurysm: It sounds like you are pre-occupied with the low probability that you could have an aneurysm. You should have a discussion with your doctor and get your concerns and anxiety dealt with. Aneurysm in a 23 y/o is not impossible but it is improbable.

Infected teeth: Antibiotic is only short term treatment to prevent spread of infection while you cure the infection with root canal/crown or extraction/implant/crown.  You really can't wait for insurance to kick in.  Talk to Dentist about staged treatment or payment plan.  Contact Social Services for reduced fee clinics.  Seek treatment at a Dental School.  You have a dangerous infection.  Seek immediate care.

Lisinopril: Well - you may lower your blood pressure by too much. I would have someone monitor your blood pressure and let the prescribing MD know about this - he /she will advise.
