Ovulation: Sometimes people fail to ovulate.  If it persists see your doctor.  You may wanna try a pregnancy test though that's likely not it.

Pain: These could be early pregnancy symptoms but they also could be related to stomach problems as well.  It would be impossible to diagnose your condition on the internet and i would therefore recommend you seek advice from your primary care physician or through the er if the symptoms progress fast.

It may be serious: Bilateral swollen feet are usually caused by heart problems or kidney problems related to loss of protein in the urine. Sometimes it may be related to an abdominal pathology or local legs problems. If you have swollen feet please see your physician.

can my daughter take anything to lighten her period which is extremely heavy and lasts at least 7 days she also gets very swollen feet and they get extremely red, she is not overweight ?

Period prevention: Her doctor can prescribe oral pills that can limit her period to once every three months to once a year.
She should take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent iron deficiency anemia.

Swollen: My recommendation is to get to your primary care physician to be evaluated.  Shortness of breath with swelling needs to be checked to prevent any damage to your body.

PID: It seems like you may have Pelvic Inflammatory Disease which can make you quite sick if not treated on time. You may also have a kidney infection. Please visit your nearest urgent care clinic so the doctors can do a vaginal exam and take swabs followed by possible treatment with antibiotics. Please don't delay this any more.

See your doctor: First of all, you should do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant or not.  Besides that, the fact that your feet have been swollen for nearly 2 months and your vision in your left eye is blurry is very worrisome to me.  Please be seen and evaluated by your doctor right away.  At 38 you really should be using reliable contraception if you do not want to be pregnant!

If you are not pregnant then this very well may be the beginning of a delayed period.

You have provided no history or medications or other information to help us.  It says you are 18 and already have three babies.  I am sure this is not the first time you have faced this dilemma.
