Stress amenorrhea: It is very common for stress to make menstrual periods irregular. For example, college students may miss a period or have a late period after finals week because of the stress.

I : I recommend you take another pregnancy test or go in to see your doctor for testing.You may have tested too early. On the other hand, you are right in the fact that stress can contribute to amenorrhea (missed period).

Any level of stress: Any level of stress, whether it is physical, psychological or emotional, can cause you to skip a period. If you are sexually active, pregnancy is always a possibility !  get tested !

Check w/ your doctor: While not impossible, it's difficult to explain how Lamictal would cause you to miss your period. If you're taking an estrogen supplement, Lamictal will speed up elimination of estrogen. Just as likely, however, the condition for which you take Lamictal (epilepsy, bipolar, anxiety) could upset your cycle, causing a missed period. Check with your treating physician, in any case.

Many possibilities: Most of which require additional testing such as the pregnancy test was wrong/too early, thyroid dysfunction, etc. Worthwhile to get checked out by an Ob/gyn

Home pregnancy test: No sense guessing.  Check home pregnancy test. Most home urinary pregnancy tests can pick up a pregnancy at time of missed menses.
