Merits evaluation.: Anyone with your symptoms merits a thorough medical examination, including a careful history, physical exam, ekg, urinalysis, blood tests, pregnancy test and possibly a chest x-ray if there's no chance you are pregnant.  In all likelihood, your doctor will then understand the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Pregnancy or.....: Pregnancy may be the most common reason. Other reasons include hormone imbalances (polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease, pituitary problems, eating disorders). Sometimes caused by stress, but don't assume that's it.  See your doctor.
