Get checked.: Any changes in the pattern of your periods that persists, needs evaluation.  You could have a hormonal imbalance due to PCOS or due to thyroid malfunction, or taking meds that affect  the menstrual cycle. Several other causes are also possible reasons.  Your best bet is to see your primary care doc or your ob-gyn to sort it out.

Depends: Possible you are pregnant?  Get a pregnancy test. Some chance you are premenopausal? Any recent start or discontinuation of of medications, birth control, herbal drugs? Speak to your doctor for further evaluation.

Not related: The essure will not affect your cycles.  Your missed periods will have some other reason.

Normal : This is most likely an effect of a low-dose pill. If it is bothersome not to have a cycle you may need to change pills.

Lots of stuff : Irregular periods should be addressed by your doctor. If you a right  fluid filled tube this is called a hydrosalpinx and this should be addressed. Not sure what the rest of your questions means regarding c sections and cysts.

stess
illness
change in medication
change in schedule
being overweight
being underweight

You need estrogen: If a period does not start after taking progesterone, the uterus needs to be "primed" with estrogen.  Then the Progesterone is repeated.  You are at an age when menopause needs to be considered.  Have you had hormone levels done?

Can be normal: You seem to be premenopausal  where your periods are irregular . Hormone levels can be normal.

Common problem : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

See your doctor: This is a change from your baseline so deserves a visit to your doctor. It is possible that you have some underlying medical issue that is stressing your body and inhibiting ovulation. Make sure someone checks your blood sugar.
