Question vague but: Headaches are universal, meaning everyone has a headache once in a while. A person with a severe headache, a weird headache, a recurrent headache, or a prolonged headache should see his primary care doctor. The doctor can check for causes such as sinus infections, artery inflammation, eye glaucoma, viral meningitis, etc...  A specialist (neurologist, ophthalmologist, ...) is needed in some cases.

i am 28f. i am using nexito plus and mirnite 15 for one month ,will this have any side effects after stopping these? how long these can be used?

Ask your doc.: Mirnite (mirtazapine) and Nexito Plus (escitalopram and clonazepam) should be tapered, the taper can be quite fast because you have not been on it very long. Ask your doc how to do and if you need to taper both or just one to feel better.  Consider non-medical treatments or methods to manage depression and/or anxiety  They work well, and if you take meds too, can help them work even better.

Have you have done a questionnaire for depression? if yes, do it again. If not do it now.
If you have improved, and want to discontinue therapy, please do it under medical supervision, rapid DC of medication can induce withdrawal syndrome, a very serious condition,

Sounds like BPH: You describe common symptoms of BPH or bothersome urinary symptoms caused by enlarged prostate.  Symptoms include weak stream, difficulty starting stream, hesitency, urinary frequency/urgency, nocturia.  I would see your medical doctor.  He will likely perform an examination of your prostate and may consider starting medication to treat your bothersome urinary symptoms.

Sorry it happened: You should be fine, though. The stuff is famously non-reactive and the major danger in a leak like this is that it would displace oxygen. It's also a popular recreational inhalant especially among young people, who seem to tolerate it well -- not that it's a good idea. I'm really glad it wasn't something worse.
