Different reasons: Vaginal discharge could be due to many things. You need evaluation by your pmd.  This could be std like: trichomonos (usually frothy discharge) & chlamydia (clear d/c), bacgterial vaginosis (white, fish odor).  Yeast usuaslly thicker curdy d/c.  Occasionally this will be physiologic (normal) discharge depending on you menstrual cycle.

Infection?: If you have taken antibiotics recently you may have a yeast infection and can try over-the-counter yeast meds..  If not you may have an vaginal infection due to other causes, which can be sorted out by your doc.  .

Not certain - but...: Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness &amp; itching of the vulva; burning with urination &amp; vaginal intercourse &amp; a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.

: This is suggestive of a vaginal infection. The fishy odor is suggestive of either bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. Both are more annoying than serious and could potentially clear spontaneously, but you need a gynecologic exam for evaluation and treatment.

Need examination: Recommend seeing your primary care or ob/gym for an exam. Not all infections have an odor. Some causes could be candidiasis, gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichoniasis. It's best to get examined and treated. Some of these are STDs and partners will need to be treated as well.
