Probably not: Milk thistle (silybum) is an herbal supplement that contains silymarin, a flavenoid compound that is said to reduce liver inflammation - but this effect is not well defined. Side effects include occasional stomach upset and diarrhea. Allergic reactions can occur. Neither silybum nor castor oil should cause abdominal pain for a month. You may want to get this pain checked out by your doctor.

i heard that milk thistle need alcohol to extract sylamarin so it's hard to take it as tea.can't i eat the seeds directly from the plant fresh?

You can but...: Apparently you need to take quite a bit to have much of a benefit. The seeds contain about 3-6% silymarin so you need to take about 1/2 ounce of seeds (approximately 1 tbsp.) daily to get a therapeutic amount. They can be eaten whole or ground. Analysis: Why do you take all these items?.  Where did you find such advice?  Glutathione is a wonderful anti-oxidant, but does NOT cross into the brain, so of questionable value in bloodstream.  Milk thistle extract has questionable benefit in most cases.  Alpha lipoic useful in peripheral and central nerve disorders.  You are far better off using mixed tocopherols, especially with gamma.
