Biting - yes: Not likely related to TMJ, but the lip biting habit. Do your best to stop. If unable on your own, see your Dentist and perhaps a soft athletic guard will help you . Good luck.

Pressure: You may have a dental infection that is putting pressure on certain nerves of your jaw. Have yourself evaluated locally by a dentist. Allowing this to progress untreated may result in permanent numbness.

Many causes, see MD: Are you worried about having a brain tumor?    Or have you been diagnosed with something?  Talk to your doctor about your symptoms.  There are several things that can cause your symptoms that are not related to brain rumors . Some of these include trauma, vitamin deficiency, allergies, biting tongue, hormonal changes, ms, and nerve disease.  See a doctor. Get checked.

See your doctor : A headache can be a symptom of almost anything you can think of. Some serious, others not. You need a proper investigation before we can consider it innocuous

For what?: It all depends on what type pf symptoms you are having. Probotic is usually prescribed for atopic dermatitis(eczema) which is mostly seen on other areas. If on perineal area usually happens on groin area. I would suggest you get evaluated first since this medication should not be used or used cautiously if there are other issues going on. See your doctor for exam and treatment.

CSM: Or cervical spondylotic myelopathy does not generally present with tingling all over the body.  That have being said, there is no well-defined pattern of neurologic deficits in csm & patients present with varying signs and symptoms. A consultation with an internist, neurologist and neurosurgeon, brain MRI w/, and nerve studies are recommended.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Mononeuritis multipl:  you have inflammation, of multiple nerves going to your face and arms. This can be due to something as simple as a virus, or some other inflammatory process. You need to be seen as soon as possible, so that this can be treated and result before it leads to more serious symptoms such as weakness.

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Not prednisone: Prednisone does not cause tingling any where. Cold sores on lips may cause tingling before blisters appear. If persistent for weeks then see a neurologist for further investigations.
