No effect: Mild dysplasia (cin i) are early precancerous cells usually found on pap smear.  A colposcopy can verify that only mild disease is present and rarely are biopsies needed in pregnancy.  After delivery, a colposcopy can be repeated and biopsies and treatment then performed as needed.  Mild dysplasia rarely advances in pregnancy so there should be no effect on your pregnancy.

No certain way to tell who will develop health problems from hpv and who will not. Most people who become infected with hpv do not even know they have it and unable to detect in most cases. Greatest risk in women: cervical cancer. Greatest risk in men: genital warts.
