Fibrocystic breast: A localized pain in the breast  could be due to a breast cyst or to fibrocystic changes.  Such pain may become worse due to the increased hormones prior to the menstrual period.  Breast cancer rarely causes breast pain, but if the pain persists more than 2 weeks or if you can feel a lump in your breast, you should see your doctor.

been having mild pain in my breasts\chest\armpits that comes and goes.currently it's consistent.it's not sharp but uncomfortable and abnormal.

Chest/breast pain: Is it sore to the touch? Might be a breast cyst or pre-menstrual tenderness. It is rare to have cardiac disease at 22 years old, although it does happen. If concerned or it persists and is not tender with pressure, go to the urgent care center for help.

sometimes i get a mild pain in my left side next to breast. could this be angina or related to my anxiety?

Chest pain : Chest pain outside the nipple line is rarely cardiac in origin. More likely is intercostal muscle pain or radiculopathy or irritation from a pulmonary source if you have pain when taking a deep breath in. You are also a young woman and unlikely to have angina without significant history or risk factors. Please see your MD for a physical exam.

i have a mild pain under my right breast and i am still breastfeeding , what could be the cause ?

Is there a lump?: If there is a small lump there, it could just be clogged milk duct.  If so, u do want to work it out with massage, heat or vibration.  Otherwise it could get infected.

Chest wall pain: I would consider this as  costochondritis also know as Tietze syndrome. This is somehting your  physican can confirm. YOu may also need a chest  X-ray.

Two questions?: Was the lump 3 years ago biopsied? And, do you feel a lump in your breast today? If the first question is no and the second yes get a second opinion and if needed a fine needle  biopsy.

Armpit problem: Please see your gynecologist; you may need a thorough examination, including, possibly an ultrasound.

a week ago a really bad foul smell was coming from my right armpit, no noticeable discharge. the smell is gone, now i feel mild pain, itching and my whole arm gets tingly. the right breast is also extra sensitive. should i see a dr, and which one?

Probably unrelated: Mild breast pain is not something that is expected from a urinary tract infection. A primary care or ob-gyn doctor can check both problems and help resolve them. Mild breast pain in a healthy young woman may be due to hormone fluctuations, which includes those her body makes plus any hormones she takes (such as pills, patches, creams, or injections).
