Hx/physical: first thing you need is to be examined. A majority of chronic testes pain patients have normal exams and urinalysis-if so, then a 1 month trial of abstinence, anti-inflammatories, avoiding core exercises/heavy lifting and dietary modification is the first step

Possibly: Hydroceles are generally asymptomatic. However, when they become very large or are under tension from the increased fluid volume, it may cause discomfort and pressure but is typically not excrutiating. If there is excrutiating pain, further testing is warranted to determine the etiolgy of the pain.

Nothing: Increased blood flow to the testes can cause mild pain for a few hours. It will not do any harm.

Probably no STD: Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely free of risk, but low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. No STD from oral sex is a likely cause of "mild testicular pain". Genitally focused anxiety, due to a sexual decision you may regret, is likely.  But to be maximally safe, see a doctor and get checked for STDs.

Chest pain: Can't predict what is causing your pain though quite possibly not related to your heart. You should see your doctor to be checked out most of us don't have severe chest pains.

: True testicular torsion is an emergency requiring immediate attention by a urologist. It also causes dramatically severe discomfort untreated, the testicle will be irreversible damage. While your symptoms don't suggest torsion, I still recommending being examined by your MD or a urologist in view of testicular discomfort for a week.

after getting the flu, i have had mild testicular pain that is more severe in the right. my right testicle has always been a little higher than the left. there is no pain on the touch, but there is constant and mild pain. i am 17 years old, any tips?
