if i down in durban in a malaria free area. is there any risk associated to mosquito bites? i have about 20 bites on each leg. is there any health repercussion to this?

i recently travelled to nigeria. i have a few bites on my feet and leg. as i travel so often for work i did not take anti malaria. should i get check?

Consider: "If you feel sick and think you have malaria especially if you have a fever up to 1 year of travel, go to Doctor" CDC.
Malaria is a very serious disease with fatal consequences.Go review the CDC. Next time please take the prophylaxis as recommended!

i treated for malaria and typhoid and am feeling better than before. no more headaches or fever. the only symptom left  now is chills on my legs alone?

Malaria/typhoid: If you are feeling better after treatment, and back to your normal routine, I don't think you need to worry about chills on your legs alone. It will eventually go away. But if they become swollen or becomes painful, you may want to see a doctor as it maybe signs of something else, like blood clot.

Insecticide to spray interior of home?.Long pants &amp; long sleeved shirts? Permethrin spray for clothing &amp; mosquito netting? Deet agents ? Screening for windows? Etc.
