Consider hypnosis: I can't address the medicines, but have used hypnosis with people who suffer from migraines who want to reduce the amount of meds they take. Surely seek medical consult in addition to hypnosis.

Pyelonephritis: Kidney infections at your age are commonly due to passage of infectious organisms up the ureter into your kidney which sounds like it has happened.  This is a serious issue and may require consultation with a urologist for improved treatment.  This is not something you want to wait out - have your currently treating doctor recommend a specialist for you.

You need an exam: and possibly some blood work. Excessive thirst and tiredness can be a sign of diabetes. A low thyroid can also make you feel tired all the time. If you're having this much trouble u really need to see a doctor and not try to diagnose it over the Internet.

See your OBGYN!: Seems possible that the ovarian cyst has made an impact on your cycle. If it prevented ovulation in some way - you'd miss a period. It needs to be examined and depending on results, treatment decisions can b made. The pain also suggests that the cyst may be doing something new. The migraine is probably a separate issue - but call for an appt ASAP. If it gets worse, Urgent Care or ER is an option.

Many reasons: You could have chronic daily headaches, you could possess tension or migraine, you might have intracranial issues, but most likely you have benign problems which need control.  Lots of approaches are available including meds, botox, even the recent "migraine surgery".

Try Ice: A successful treatment used in the united kingdom is ice: best done with soft, flexible gel ice. With cloth to protect skin apply ice front and back of head for 20 minutes, repeat with new ice sheets two more times for 20 minutes each time. Careful for frostbite! you are doing it right if you need to get under covers, you are so cold. Stops 50% migraines, um, cold in their tracks!

Consult a specialist: Constant headache for 6 days can be due to an underlying medical condition or it could be a tension headache or a migraine.   Either way your headache should be evaluated right away with your pcp or neurologist or a orofacial pain specialist.  You saw a chiropractor so I am suspecting that you have muscle tension; try warm compresses and massages.
