Please tell your : neurologist today that  your symptoms have recently worsened in order to determine why &amp; what needs to be done. Otherwise, all one can conclude is that something has changed &amp; that change needs to be evaluated.  Be sure to ask your neurologist for a report to use to obtain high-school accomodations under Public Law IDEA or college/work accomodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

It is possible: Migraine is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Unilateral throbbing headache, dizziness, weakness, visual disturbances, blurry vision, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even partial blackout may be present during the episodes. It is manageable condition. See your doctor for evaluation and professional management.

You need to be sure there is no danger to herself or others.  is it a seizure, or a heart problem?

Very unlikely related to headaches alone.  The low blood pressure might have a role but prompt evaluation is important.

With a good history and physical examination, and with the aid of tests like electroencephalogram and mri, your physician will be able to establish a diagnosis and correct treatment. I suggests a neurological evaluation as well. This could all be related to your seizure disorder. Migraines can co-exist in seizure disorders as well.
