Could be: A urine test may answer the question for you.  Of course, if you wait a little longer you could also get fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, burning on urination, urgency, incontinence, and bleeding in the urine but you'd save on having to go in now...whaddya think? Needs exam: Those symptoms could be something serious. You need to go to be seen by a physician. At your age it is unlikely to be heart but not impossible. Also the shortness of breath needs to rule out a blood clot. Also a venomous insect bite may cause symptoms. Be safe and get seen.

It could be: Something serious, when you have this much pain in these different areas.  I don't think any home remedies would help if you had it for 2 weeks already.  Ask a doctor for a discount if you don't have health insurance coverage.  Most doctors will try to help you even if you can't pay the full fee.

I would not: Recommend this dose especially if you are narcotic naive.  One or the other would be a better choice but is still a significant dose.  I assume these have been prescribed for you but you should call the prescribing doctor before taking.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!

Leg pain: We need more information - what was the sacral stimulator being used for? Also did you have the same symptoms pre- sacral nerve stimulator?
