Check w/ OB or RX: When you are pregnant, you need to be more careful with what medications you take.
If it is over the counter medication, call your ob's office. If it is a prescription medication, then call your pharmacy for the most precise advice.

It should: Just about any over the counter pain reliever had the potential benefit of pain reduction during a tooth ache.   Be aware however, that moderate or severe tooth pain rarely responds appreciably to pain medications,  even the most potent kinds.   Having the tooth treated  appropriately may be the only predictable mode if relief.

Yes, but: It is just as likely, or more, that the tooth has caused the other distress. See your dentist if this has happened before or if it continues past a normal 'migraine' for you. Migraines are a very specific thing and don't usually impact teeth or jaw. Rather the temple(s) are most common. Have a dental exam. Best!

Need to define: We need to develop a cause of the severe pain. Is it related to Migraine? Is it due to the TM joint? You need a more clarifying diagnosis
